Prodaje se lijepa kuća smještena u prvom redu do mora u mirnoj uvali na otoku Visu. Predivno je uređena kamenom i brojnim detaljima koji ovu kuću čine jedinstvenima (amfore, antička sidra, kamena preša za masline itd.). Kuća se sastoji od dvije etaže.
U prizemlju se nalazi terasa, dnevni boravak s kaminom, kuhinja sa šankom i drvenim stubištem.
Gornji kat sastoji se od dvije dvokrevetne sobe, kupaonice i jedne sobe s kaminom i izlazom na terasu. Ova terasa stepenicama je povezana s terasom na donjem katu.
Duž cijele kuće protežu se terase na više nivoa, s natkrivenom ljetnom kuhinjom. Glavna terasa ima izravan pristup na mol s vezom za brod do 12 m. Udaljenost od mora 3 m.
O lokaciji: Otok Vis – otok na kojem je vrijeme stalo. Na cijelom otoku se osjeća opuštenost življenja. Otok je bio izoliran više od 50 god, zbog komunističke vladavine i boravka vojske na otoku, što je sada postalo prednost. Otok nije napučen hotelima i turističkim atrakcijama. Zadržao je svoju autentičnost koja seže još od 4.st. prije Krista. Ima vrlo značajnu stratešku poziciju pa zbog toga i bogatu povijest. Jedne od najljepših plaža Dalmacije se nalaze baš na ovom otoku. Idealan je za ljubitelje netaknute prirode i ljubitelje tradicionalnog mediteranskog načina života.
